Great talking with you Friday, you sounded great! This week has been pretty chill for us.. We had a good soccer game Monday, big win! so far we have only had the one loss to Utah FC. After the game we had family night with the YSA ward, good times playing games.. We were able to chill at home most of the week, mowed lawns Friday night and then I went to the cabin to help dad with a wood shed and stuff this weekend.. Mom stayed home just in case you called.. We heard president day sometimes let's missionaries call when they arrive.. No Biggy if we don't hear from you because we were able to talk with you twice in the past 30 days :-) let us know how your debit card and finances are.. I know you are supposed to pay for your bike etc...
Conference has been awesome I hope you get to listen to it... Let us know how the flights went and your first impression of Taiwan. Who's your new companion where is he from?
Can't wait to hear from you!
Love ya bro, have a great first week in Taiwan :-)

Don’t get
companions until tonight! the flights were crazy long and I could not sleep but
it was cool! Everything looks a little gross but then you get inside and it is
all way nice and extremely clean I freaking love it! we went to this memorial
today for the second Taiwanese president and it was freaking legit and very
traditional! it smells a little weird here, but it is good…
President and
sister day are awesome! The church experience is cool and the missionaries here
are awesome!
We ended up
flying to seattle instead of LAX so that was fun. happy b day jake! hope it has been awesome!
the jet lag was awful yesterday but today seems to be a lot better, when they
keep us busy it is nice! It is 8:54 right now on monday morning btw!
nice to hear
that this week was sweet for you. We get to listen to conference next week,
they just translate it and then show it a week after! We contacted in this
massive park yesterday and talked to a ton of people! Our Chinese is not so
great, but we can
survive and talk to people and we got this kid to accept a Moermenjing and
eventually take the lessons! it was freaking awesome! we also had a member want
to say a prayer with us it was cool! a lot of people say "wo shi bai bai
de ren" and
just blow us off.. but oh well! I
hope I get assigned in the country because the city is freaking crazy..
We are super
limited on time right now! but Anyway I love you all, you are the best and tell woods
that Becca looks awesome and I have seen quite a few home town peole. The bike
thing should go well and way to be U of U! I think I can type character now,
let see目 囚車入口 so I
have no clue what that says.. yay.. well love you all, talk to you more next
week.. btw its already rained a little and the humidity is nuts, but I kinda
like it.. wo ai nimen!

Sooo cool that you've seen people from home (like sister wood..)
Crazy that your surroundings are so different - weather, smells, people etc..
